  1. Which are the requirements for renting?

    In order to rent a vehicle at RENTAL TRAPANI you need:

    • B license valid in the Italian territory;
    • 21 years with driving license for at least 2 years.
  2. How do you make the price?

    The rental rates are determined by the category of the vehicle, the length of rental and mileage if provided by a different rate unlimited mileage.

  3. What do rates include?

    • the number of days of hire;
    • km of travel is a different rate unlimited;
    • VAT included 22%;
    • car insurence;
    • CDW
  4. What do not include?

    • The fuel;
    • The cost of entra km;

  6. Does the fuel included in the rate?

    Generally, the fuel is not included in the rental cost, the vehicle is handed over with full tank of fuel and the customer is required to restore the full. There are times when for the commercial vehicles we activate the promotions "including fuel," in that case the customer is not required to restore the level of the fuel.   7. In what state I pick up the vehicle?

    RENTAL TRAPANI deliveries to the customer the vehicle accorded in the contract in good state of repair and cleanliness. Unless special indication the vehicle will have a full tank. It will be equipped with all the usual tools and all necessary documents.

  8. How should the vehicle be returned?

    The vehicle must be returned within the time indicated by the contract, a rental day is 24 hours, the maximum delay allowed is 29 minutes (always taking into consideration the opening hours of the agencies), any change must be notified and approved with the agency of the beginning of the rental. The vehicle must be returned in the conditions and with the equipment as at the beginning of the rental. The cleanliness of the vehicle should be such as not to prejudice a subsequent immediate rental, the cost of such exceptional cleaning like floor carpet cleaning, cleaning after the transport of animals or car trunk cleaning after transport of special goods are to be charged to the customer.

  9. Is it possible to deliver the vehicle in another city (one-way rentals - VAL) or in another agency?

    Yes, the return of the vehicle may occur in another agency with additional payment.

  10. Is it possible to go abroad with our vehicles?

    The customer must indicate at the time of booking the trip abroad. He or she has the freedom of movement within EU countries, but the service of replacement of vehicle is not available. For some non-EU countries must be granted permission of the expatriation by RENTAL TRAPANI. Please be informed that it is not permitted to reach countries not included in the green card.   11. Is it possible to modify the reservation?

    Depending on conditions, changes of reservations made after the issue of the invoice or confirmation voucher will be performed free of charge subject to availability. Please contact customer service at 0923 364619.

  12. Is it possible that a reservation is cancelled?

    The car rental company reserves the right to refuse service to any person considered unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. Rental Trapani is not responsible for the completion of travel arrangements, nor for any refund, compensation or any other costs you could pay for.
